Setup, Anchoring & Accessories

• Post Weights: Optional 21 lb post weights are available to anchor the tent when setting up on a hard surface. Additional rental charges apply.
• Sidewalls: Sidewalls and other accessories are available to rent at an additional cost. Contact Grasslands Events for options and pricing.
• Custom Booth Setup: A tarp or similar material can be attached to the posts and frame with zip ties to create a makeshift privacy booth. This is not a substitute for purpose-made tent walls.

Important Weather & Safety Notes

• These recreational-grade tents are not designed for high winds or heavy rainstorms.
• Take the tent down promptly if stormy weather approaches. The tent can be taken down in approximately 10 minutes or less.
• Always secure the tent appropriately for the surface and conditions. Ground stakes or post weights do not make the tent suitable for severe weather.
• The tent comes without sidewalls unless additional accessories are rented.
